In collaboration with members of the SBD's BoDs, we facilitate the Executives Team in duties include but not be limited to the following: Research, review & defines projects in consistent with SBD’s objectives.

Establish and oversee committees to conduct the work of the SBD in collaboration with the Executive Leaders. Scheme fundraising programs and Collaborate with the President on solicitations. and ensure expenditures are within reasonable budget.

Conduct a quarterly review of the finances of SBD, and ensure that a quarterly report is made available to every active member via the CRs Act as the official custodian of all assets, properties, investments, and official documents of SBD. Be aware of all business transactions of SBD and ensure that all transactions are made transparent and are consistent with best business practices.

Conduct and supervise the ballot elections at the general election of officers every three years, Conduct and supervise ballot voting in matters of SBD, that are deemed important and may affect the essential operations of SBD. Supervise the processes of induction to ensure that they are consistent with the By-Laws of SBD. Supervise the expulsion of Officers who are inconsistent with the By-Laws of SBD.

Ensuring that the organisation fellows the policies that they establish and always adheres to the SBD mission. Assist the board chairman with strategic planning and oversight. Provide support to various committees within SBD. Ensure SBD has the structure and resources for its work. Oversees the board activities are run efficiently.

Board of Director ( Member) Responsibilities: Include Strategize plans for evaluation and attending meetings and actively participating in committees and monetary affairs of SBD. On the other hand, I have involved in assists the board chair in the execution of his duties.
Serves on committees as requested to learn the operations of the board and also communicating with the executive director and other board members.

As a member of the Board of directors of Senya Berakus Diaspora, it is my duty to assist in ensuring the growth and sustainability of this organization.

As a CR for Italy, I am responsible for collecting all Contribution from S,B,D members and Transfer Them To S,B,D account and report also to the treasurer and the financial secretary as well.

My duty also is to mobilize Members for S,B,D in my country and encourage them to pay their necessary contributions to S,B,D.I attend board meetings to help in decision makers
