Presides at General SBD meetings and serve as ex-official at the BoDs meetings. Shall be the official representative of SBD. As the President I shall work in consultation with the BoDs in the creation of permanent and temporary working committees for projects, research, and resolution of issues.

Shall be one of the three signatories to the SBD accounts, and shall have such powers as may be reasonably construed as belonging to the President.

Oversees the committee's system of SBD, assist the president and chair meeting in the absence of the president, and work in direct consultation with the organizers and PROs to engage the country

My role as 2nd Vice President is to oversee the Country Representatives of SBD, assist the President or 1st. Vice President and chair meetings in the absence of the 1st. Vice President, and work in direct consultation with the Organizers and PROs to engage the Country Representatives into quality membership maintenance, constructive communication and enrich social programs.

Moreover, I also lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other executive leaders, including assistant vice presidents. Also closely with the active and non-active SBD women to define the mission of the "SBD" organization.

As an assistance general secretary of SBD I work in collaboration with the General Secretary to ensure meetings are effectively organized and maintaining effective records and administration. I’m known as Recording and Corresponding Secretary and responsible to keep the minutes and records of every SBD meetings.

It’s my responsibilities to liaise with the president, BoD Chairman and the various committee leaders to plan meetings and record minutes. Being a Secretary I maintain and develop effective functioning practices that support good internal administration of SBD.

And finally submit to BoD any data and communications. I attend to all correspondence of SBD.

As Treasure, I am responsibly to care and take custody of all monies belonging to SBD and shall be solely responsible for such monies or securities of SBD. I also serve as custodian of SBD’s finances, monitor revenue, pay authorized expenses, report financial activity every month, prepare year-end deposit and redraw reports, submits to an annual audit with the SBDs BoDs. Shall be one of the three signatories to the SBD account.

My duties and responsibilities are to Serve as the spokesperson at all S.B.D occasions as designated by the President. I negotiate affairs for S.B.D globally in conjunction with the President and Chairman of BoDs.

I work close with the Country Representatives to ensure information transmission between the Countries and the Global S.B.D. I work also in collaboration with the Financial Secretary, General Secretary, treasurer and Organizer to ensure activities and communications matches S.B.D objectives. Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.

Writing and producing presentations and press release. Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations. And also the official spokesperson of SBD unless otherwise official designee is entrusted with the role of a spokesperson.

My role as an Asst. Organizer is to maintain regular communication with members , both prospective and existing, to arrange meetings, schedule organization tasks, and reply to any queries that may occur with the help of my Senior Organizer.

I ensure that schedules are coordinated to avoid clashing with other meetings as in to avoid clashing especially with SBA members.
